Dr Jennifer Grace completed her PhD at the University of Birmingham, UK, focusing on mental health and early intervention in psychosis. She worked in partnership with The Princes Trust, Birmingham Local Authority and The Collaboration in Leadership for Applied Health Research. She furthered her studies at the University of Cambridge focusing on psychotherapeutic interventions. Jennifer has since established a career in community and healthcare leadership. She has led the implementation of complex healthcare provisions and gained valuable insight into social care policy and practice. Currently as a Senior Lecturer she facilitates the NHS MBA programmes, and is the Lead for Social Care and curriculum enhancement. Going forward Jennifer will be focusing on the role of social injustice, and inequality in modern systems.
